Hi, I am Jana!
Hi, there! My name is Jana and I’m a 27 year old artist based in the beautiful Münsterland, Germany.
I like to paint portraits of beautiful women and my medium of choice are watercolors. But also like to experiment with mixed media a lot, especially in my sketchbook.
I have now been running my own small business for more that 6 years (whattt?!), where I sell art prints, stationery and other cute things. I also have an amazing community on Instagram and TikTok and am working on building my YouTube channel, as well. * Thank you for your support! *
How I ended up here …
I’ve always been drawn to creative things. And most people would probably say that I got my talent from my mother, who is also an artist. But I would say that that’s not true. I definitely got my love for art from her but my so called “talent” came from very hard work and patience.
I started my art journey in 2016. Before that, I didn’t really draw at all. But one day, and I don’t know what exactly lead me to the decision, I bought a sketchbook and started drawing. I was so determined to learn how to draw faces - I had never been so determined to do anything in my life. I never stopped and now I’m here. I couldn’t imagine my life without art anymore. I feel like it’s the meaning of life for me because it makes me so happy.
